Once we reach our thirties, the group to which we belong is usually stable and it becomes harder to develop new friendships.

Rui lives alone and has no friends. Thus, he decides to post an ad on the newspaper: “Amigo, procura-se” (“Looking for a friend”)

During the casting for potential friends, several episodes happen between Rui and the candidates that apply for the role, showcasing different aspects of human relationships.

Simultaneously, two kids get to know each other at the age where simple common tastes are enough to prove they are “best friends”: sharing an appetite for lemon gelatin or biting one’s pencil, etc.
