Ana travels to the countryside. She trades her city apartment to a country house. She trades school for holidays, her loving parents for a distant uncle, the routine for the unknown, safety for adventure. During this period, she will overcome her fears and hesitations. By the end of her holidays (“as minhas férias”, in Portuguese), Ana has grown more independent.
